For Third Consecutive Year, Sprint Collects Domestic Best-In-Class Awards from ATLANTIC-ACM

Sprint Emerging Solutions & Global Wholesale is award winner in Brand, Network Performance, Customer Service and Voice Quality categories

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (BUSINESS WIRE), March 12, 2013 - Sprint (NYSE:S) Emerging Solutions & Global Wholesale earned four best-in-class awards yesterday from industry-leading research firm ATLANTIC-ACM for 2013 U.S. Long Haul Carrier Excellence. ATLANTIC-ACM recognized Sprint with awards for No. 1 performance in Network and Customer Service for the third consecutive year. Sprint also received top honors in the Brand and Voice Quality categories.

The awards are determined after ATLANTIC-ACM surveys hundreds of customers to rank carrier excellence for its U.S. Long Haul Wholesale Report Card.

ATLANTIC-ACM's 2013 U.S. Long Haul Wholesale Report Card asked wholesale customers to rank major U.S. wholesale service providers in categories that include brand, sales representatives, provisioning, network performance, customer service, billing, product quality and price. Once again, the overall wholesale customer experience at Sprint was rated well above the industry average. This indicates that survey respondents have a strong perception of Sprint's brand, network performance and quality and overall customer service. Stemming from research begun in 1995, this analysis has become a critical benchmarking milestone in the industry.
