Application bundle for those with disabilities, including autism

By Amy Johnsonbaugh

I can only imagine the struggles that parents of children with autism and other learning disabilities face on a daily basis.

We all know by now that our smartphones are powerful tools, with applications that help us do everything from manage grocery lists to achieve our fitness goals to staying entertained with music and video while on-the-go.

Staying true to our Sprint Good WorksSM commitment – to use our technology, human and financial resources to help make the world a better place – we just launched the Neurodiversity ID pack, a unique bundle of best-in-class mobile applications targeted at helping individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, such as autism, dyslexia and dyspraxia.

Now, with a simple click, parents can have a collection of 25 helpful resources – chosen by Sprint and several organizations focused on disabilities that impact learning, attention and behavior – right at their fingertips.

The ID pack is a collection of apps and weblinks that aims to help improve math and reading skills, provides educational tools, and offers developmental games for children in kindergarten through 12th grade, in addition to providing support apps for parents. Select apps include:
