Ismat Aziz is Chief Human Resources Officer for Sprint and is responsible for all human resource initiatives, including organizational performance and culture, compensation and benefits, staffing and employee relations, learning and development, and talent management.

Néstor Cano

Chief Operating Officer

As the chief operating officer, Néstor Cano is responsible for delivering operational excellence, driving further expense reductions, and strengthening systems and processes across the business. He oversees Sprint’s Omnichannel operations, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, Analytics and Omnichannel Delivery platforms, Digital Architecture and Delivery, Customer Management, Customer Experience, Leasing and the Transformation Office.

Kevin Crull is chief strategy officer for Sprint, responsible for strategy, business development and corporate excellence. He is based in Overland Park, Kansas. 

Brandon “Dow” Draper

Chief Commercial Officer

Brandon “Dow” Draper is chief commercial officer, responsible for commercial strategy, including marketing and sales for the Sprint, Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile brands. In his role, Dow is focused on delivering a cohesive and coordinated go-to-market strategy for Sprint sales and marketing segments.

Jerry Gallegos

President, West Area

Jerry Gallegos is president of the West Area for Sprint, covering 23 western states in eight regions. He reports to Chief Commercial Officer Dow Draper. 

Jan Geldmacher

President, Sprint Business

Jan Geldmacher is President, Sprint Business. He leads Sprint’s national sales and service teams focused on delivering wireless, wireline and IoT solutions to large, global corporations along with small- and medium-sized businesses.

Jorge Gracia

Chief Legal Officer

Jorge Gracia is Chief Legal Officer of Sprint. In this role, he oversees all strategic, transactional, dispute, and preventative legal and government affairs matters, provides advice to the board and senior management on various matters, and has responsibility for ethics training and legal compliance. 

Kimberly Green-Kerr

Senior Vice President, Sprint Business Solutions

As the senior vice president of Sprint Business Solutions, Kimberly leads commercial wireless and solutions sales for Sprint Business. She is responsible for implementing strategy and driving sales execution with the Small and Medium Business (SMB), Enterprise and Government Segments through all distribution channels.

Yuriko Ishihara

As senior vice president of Strategy at Sprint, Yuriko Ishihara seeks to identify and leverage Sprint’s unique opportunities and abilities to help the company win in the marketplace. Yuriko unites finance, technology and market intelligence to help shape and communicate a comprehensive go-forward corporate vision and enable its operational implementation.  

Jaime Jones

President, East Area

Jaime Jones is president of the East Area for Sprint, covering 28 states in 10 regions across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and South, as well as Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He reports to Chief Commercial Officer Dow Draper.

Doug Michelman

President, 1Million Project and Chairman, Sprint Foundation

Doug Michelman is president of Sprint’s 1Million Project and chairman of the Sprint Foundation. In his role with the 1Million Project, he directs Sprint’s initiative to help close the Homework Gap by providing free devices and free wireless service to 1 million low-income high school students who can’t complete their school assignments at home because they lack internet access. With the Sprint Foundation, he oversees efforts related to corporate inclusion and diversity programs, and community relations and outreach.
