Robert Hackl

Robert Hackl is Chief Experience Officer and President of National Sales. He is responsible for Customer Experience, Customer Care, Multichannel Operations, the Sprint Promoter System, Direct Sales (including Dixons Carphone), Indirect Sales, and Telemarketing.
Hackl comes to Sprint from Vodafone Germany, where he served in Commercial Operations since 2013. He is credited with transforming the care area into a “sales machine,” innovating win-back operations while winning numerous service awards.
In addition to creating a high-performing team that topped sales targets, he led Vodafone to six consecutive months in the top spot for the Network Operator Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the consumer segment.
Hackl also spent three years at T-Mobile as senior vice president-Channel Management, where he was a key member of the company’s “Uncarrier” team. There, he was responsible for driving higher sales, greater efficiency and a turnaround in the overall customer experience and churn.
He also delivered impressive results as Group Senior Vice President at Deutsche Telekom Europe and CEO of TELE2 Austria.
