Announced today at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the new HTC One® M9 will be available from Sprint early this spring. Those interested in more information can preregister at www.sprint.com/htconem9. Additional details, including pricing and availability will be made available in the coming weeks.
HTC One (M9) will use the full Sprint spectrum portfolio for a network experience that delivers the consistent reliability, capacity and speed customers demand. Sprint 4G LTE network coverage reaches 270 million people, and 2.5GHz 4G LTE is available to 125 million people.
The new HTC One M9 has been luxuriously designed with a dual tone metal unibody, a jewelry-grade finish and brighter 5-inch full HD display. It runs on Android™ 5.0, Lollipop, with an octa-core processor.
With the new Sense 7, HTC One M9 is contextually aware of where you are, what time of day it is and what apps you prefer at home, work or on the go. It can even recommend apps and nearby restaurants with ratings from friends and followers.
For the audio-lover, it provides ground-shaking sound with 24 bit high-definition sound and HTC BoomSound™ with front-facing stereo speakers. With integrated Dolby Audio™, it creates a virtual surround sound experience on the device speakers or a headset.
For the shutterbug, HTC One M9 offers a rear-facing 20-megapixel camera with a scratch-resistant sapphire glass lens and a front-facing UltraPixel camera. The device has a new suite of editing tools to make it easy to creating unique customized photos.
The full feature list will be provided closer to launch.
