New Sprint Retail Store Opens in Perimeter Center West

New store design in Atlanta to create a better customer experience and offers service and repair

ATLANTA (BUSINESS WIRE), November 16, 2010 - Sprint (NYSE: S) announced today the opening a new Sprint retail store in the Perimeter Center West shopping Center near Perimeter Mall. The new store will provide Sandy Springs and Dunwoody customers another convenient location to purchase products and services from Sprint. The new Sprint retail center is located at 127 Perimeter Center West, Atlanta, Ga. 30346. The phone number is 404-351-2225.

“We are very excited to provide another opportunity for customers to learn more about our wireless phones, products and services,” said Jeff Bennett, regional vice president for Sprint. “The new Perimeter location provides the full array of products and services including Sprint 4G for new customers as well as the ability to better serve the needs of our existing customers in this area.”

Sprint is committed to creating a retail experience that offers hospitality and relationship-building with new and current customers. The store includes a service and repair center reducing the need to send phones out for repair and the wait time for customers. The new Perimeter location offers customers a unique way to experience Sprint's products and services, including voice, data access, text, e-mail, Sprint ID, Sprint 4G, Sprint TV and Direct Connect in an environment that encourages hands-on learning and interaction.

In addition, Sprint is the only wireless carrier to offer Ready Now service with trained retail associates to work one-on-one with customers to personalize their device, set up features and demonstrate how it works before the customer leaves the store. Customers have the choice of sitting down with a Sprint retail associate at the time of purchase or they can schedule an appointment for a later time at www.sprint.com/storelocator.

Taylor Driskell is the manager for the retail center. He will have a staff of 12. Driskell has worked with Sprint for 5 years. Most recently, he managed the North Point Sprint store in Alpharetta, Ga.
