Sprint And Interscope Records Deliver The First-Ever Music Series Exclusively For Mobile Phones In U.S.

Busta Rhymes, Dashboard Confessional and Wolfmother among Artists Participating in Inaugural Sprint Music Series on Sprint TV

This summer, only Sprint customers hold the ultimate “tickets” and “backstage passes” to the music world's hottest new virtual “club.” Sprint (NYSE: S) and Interscope Records today announced the premiere of the Sprint Music Series – the first-of-its-kind, made-for-mobile studio sessions available exclusively on Sprint TVSM, Channel 33. The Sprint Music Series features a mix of established and up-and-coming artists including Busta Rhymes, Dashboard Confessional, Keane, Mobb Deep, Olivia, Robin Thicke and Wolfmother, with additional artists to be announced soon.

Each session from the Sprint Music Series will include exclusive audio and video of an artist or group in an up-close unfiltered performance of three to four songs and an intimate one-on-one interview. The Sprint Music Series will begin June 23 with a session from Dashboard Confessional and will continue every Friday throughout the summer for a total of nine sessions. The Sprint Music Series will be available for free for all Sprint PCS VisionSM and Power VisionSM customers who have multimedia phones and data plans. Additionally, customers can further enjoy the Sprint Music Series by purchasing the exclusive live recordings in Music Tones, Video Ringers, Call Tones and full-song downloads from the Sprint Music StoreSM.
