Sprint Expands, Enhances Sprint Experience for 2010 NASCAR Season

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C.Feb. 12, 2010 – Sprint (NYSE:S) will introduce NASCAR fans to an expanded and revamped Sprint Experience as the 2010 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season kicks off at Daytona International Speedway.

The Sprint Experience, which brings fans closer to the sport by offering the chance to win prizes, custom interactive games, driver and celebrity appearances, racing simulators and the latest devices and technologies available from Sprint, will be present in the midway area at every 2010 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series event.

In 2009, a record half a million fans visited the Sprint Experience, prompting Sprint to further enhance the interactive experience. New for 2010, visitors will encounter the largest high-definition mobile video screen in existence, measuring 18 feet tall by 32 feet wide. Fans can test their driving skills in the latest generation of full-motion NASCAR racing simulators and see Jimmie Johnson’s 2009 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Championship Trophy on display. To accommodate the upgrade, the display footprint has increased by nearly 50 percent from 2009.                    

The Sprint Experience is also the exclusive home of Miss Sprint Cup at the track. Throughout the race weekend, fans will have the opportunity to get autographs and photographs with Miss Sprint Cup and watch as she interviews their favorite drivers and NASCAR personalities.

As always, there will be something special for those visitors that happen to be Sprint customers. Sprint customers who visit the Sprint Experience and show their Sprint devices will receive a special gift and earn the chance to win amazing rewards, such as meet-and-greets with drivers, pit and garage tours, and other exclusive prizes and experiences.
