Sprint Listened to DIRECTV Customers: Adding More High-Speed Data Options to Free Service Offer
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (BUSINESS WIRE), September 03, 2015 - Last week, Sprint (NYSE: S) made an unprecedented, one-time offer exclusively for DIRECTV customers: free wireless service – unlimited talk, text and 2GB of data per line – for one full year when they switch to Sprint. Customers were thrilled with the offer but wanted more data options. Sprint listened! Beginning Friday, Sept. 4, DIRECTV customers can now choose one of the following high-speed data options, in addition to the unlimited talk and text for each line:

Through Sept. 30, DIRECTV customers switching to Sprint or existing Sprint customers adding a new line of service on a new smartphone through Sprint Lease, iPhone Forever, Sprint Easy Pay1 or paying full retail price, get 12 months of FREE unlimited talk, text and a full 2GB of data per line (up to five lines) all while on the Sprint network. Or, customers can choose additional data options starting at $10 per line for 4GB of data.
