Sprint offers support for customers impacted by floods in Houston
HOUSTON (BUSINESS WIRE), June 01, 2016 - As Houston continues to recover from another round of heavy rain and flooding, Sprint (NYSE: S) is assisting local customers who have been impacted by the floods. The company is offering affected data customers a service credit of up to $50 per device for a limited time. Affected Sprint customers should visit a Houston-area Sprint store in order to receive the credit. Additionally, impacted Sprint customers will receive up to 50 percent discounts on select charging accessories1, retroactive from May 27, 2016 through June 30, 2016.
To kick off the 2016 Hurricane Season, Sprint recently announced that its network and emergency response team is ready to help customers impacted by storms and other natural disasters.
