Sprint Recognizes Sanyo for Receiving the Highest Ranking for Customer Satisfaction in the J.D. Power and Associates 2006 U.S. Wireless Mobile Phone Evaluation Study

Sprint (NYSE: S) congratulates SANYO for receiving the highest overall score in the J.D. Power and Associates 2006 U.S. Wireless Mobile Phone Evaluation Study(SM) - Volume 1*. Sanyo has now received the highest in customer satisfaction with wireless mobile phones, three times in a row, tied in 2005, which is a considerable achievement.
