Sprint Chief Marketing Officer Named to Business Insider List of 50 Most Innovative CMOs
Overland Park, Kan. – November 15, 2016 – Roger Solé, Sprint chief marketing officer, has been named to the inaugural Business Insider list of “50 Most Innovative CMOs,” which was announced today. The list recognizes marketing leaders who are thriving in an industry undergoing rapid disruption.

Roger Solé, Sprint chief marketing officer, is responsible for promoting all Sprint products and services, brand and advertising, customer acquisition and retention. Since joining Sprint in 2015, Roger has launched innovative programs, including the biggest wireless offer in U.S. history – 50% off most Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile rate plans1; Unlimited Freedom, an unprecedented simple approach to wireless pricing; iPhone Forever; Sprint Open World, which allows Sprint customers to receive 1GB of free data roaming in most countries in Latin America2; and most recently, led the creation of Sprint’s new brand identity and the extremely well acclaimed #ThatWirelessGuy campaign, featuring Paul Marcarelli, Verizon’s former spokesperson. The 50 Most Innovative CMOs was assembled by Business Insider senior advertising Lara O’Reilly with input from a jury of independent experts, including Wendy Clark - CEO of DDB North America; Tom Denford - Chief Strategy Officer at ID Comms; and Donovan Neale-May - Executive Director of the CMO Council.
