Jobs are part of the company’s commitment to further improve the customer experience
ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 1, 2009--
Despite the tough economic conditions that face U.S. workers, Sprint
(NYSE: S) today announced that it is looking for a few good men and
women on an ongoing basis to fulfill retention specialist positions at
its Orlando contact center this year.
The new positions will be added to the 650 employees working at the
contact center today. The new hires will be offered competitive salaries
and benefits, including medical, dental, 401(k), performance bonuses,
free use of the on-site fitness center and participation in the employee
wireless phone program.
“We’re looking for passionate, confident and committed individuals who
will provide a great customer experience for Sprint customers and
resolve customer issues in one call," said Susan Jones, director of the
Sprint Orlando Contact Center. “There is such a vast pool of talented
and qualified working professionals here in the Orlando area. We believe
they will be challenged by the rewarding positions at our call center as
they provide an opportunity in which they can put to use their
communication, technical and multi-tasking skills.”
Individuals may apply online at www.sprint.com/callcenterjobs.
