In tonight’s premiere episode of KNOCK KNOCK LIVE on FOX, Sprint surprised the Gonzalez family in Chino Hills, Calif., with a gift of $100,000, seven smartphones and complimentary All-In Wireless service for 10 years. Plus, the family was greeted by a very special visitor – David Beckham.
As a sponsor of the show, Sprint was able to make a difference for a very deserving family. Our integration included a combination of funds, phones and service and we will continue to sponsor KNOCK KNOCK LIVE, airing Tuesdays (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT tape delayed) on FOX, for a total of three episodes. Keeping loved ones connected is the heart of what we do at Sprint.
The Direct 2 You service, highlighted in tonight’s episode, is a new service in which wireless sales, consultation and customer service is delivered directly to customers virtually whenever and wherever they want. A wireless sales expert will transfer all content, including contacts, pictures, games and apps, to ensure the device is ready to go. The service is now available in several major metropolitan areas across the country, and is anticipated to continue to roll out to more places throughout 2015.
A huge part of the excitement in tonight’s show included the moment when the family met David Beckham. Currently, Beckham can also be seen in Sprint TV ads in which he goes from store to store, asking for a simple wireless plan with a consistent monthly cost. He is met with confusion and frustration at every stop – until he gets to a Sprint store, where he is offered All-In Wireless.
KNOCK KNOCK LIVE features the host, Ryan Seacrest, in a Los Angeles-based studio, while the KNOCK KNOCK LIVE team travels across the country, to any city at any time, surprising unsuspecting people at their front doors with a chance to win big cash prizes, meet their favorite celebrities and turn their wildest dreams into reality.
