As the presenting sponsor of the Super Bowl XL Halftime Show featuring The Rolling Stones, Sprint (NYSE: S) today announced a sweepstakes that grants unprecedented, VIP viewing of The Rolling Stones’ live Halftime performance for one lucky winner, among other noteworthy prizes.

- Grand Prize: a once-in-a-lifetime trip for two to Super Bowl XL in Detroit, featuring an exclusive, on-field viewing location during The Rolling Stones Super Bowl Halftime Show Presented by Sprint. The trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport closest to the winner’s residence; three-day, two-night hotel accommodations; $500 spending money; and transportation provided to and from hotel and stadium.
- First Prize: an electric guitar, autographed by The Rolling Stones (five winners).
- Second Prize: commemorative Super Bowl XL Halftime Footballs autographed by The Rolling Stones (25 winners).
