Tracy Nolan is senior vice president of sales channel strategy and operations, responsible for Sales and Strategy of our customer-facing channels. Tracy will lead our Company-Owned Retail, Dealer, National Retail and Direct to Consumer channels, as well as continuing to grow our sales strategic partnerships. The role also includes distribution, store merchandising strategy, cross-channel training development, and strategic programs such as Magic Box deployment.
Tracy brings decades of success in leading retail and sales organizations across telecommunications and other industries. Here at Sprint, she pioneered localization in the Chicago market, proving that the ONE Sprint localization model could be a success nationwide. In fact, in 2015 she came to the company headquarters to help CEO Marcelo Claure build and implement the ONE Sprint field sales model.
Since then, Tracy has taken on many key initiatives to improve sales and customer experience. Earlier this year, she stood up our new Direct to Consumer channel and spearheaded the commercial launch of Magic Box. Most recently, Tracy led the creation of our best-in-class Dealer strategy, including the recent launch of our Sprint Select Dealer program, which has reinvigorated our dealer channel and is showing significant growth.
A former president of Verizon Wireless for the Illinois and Wisconsin markets, Tracy comes to Sprint most recently from Hyla Mobile, formerly eRecycling Corp., where she was senior vice president of Carrier Operations and Business Development and supported the Verizon account. She has also served as chief operating officer for American Communications Network.
Tracy grew up in Rochester, New York, and is a graduate of Clarkson University, where she majored in marketing research and information management systems. She has been featured in “Women to Watch” in the cable industry, Influential Women in Business and Forty under Forty awards.
