Christina Sternberg is chief administrative officer at Sprint Corporation. She reports to and directs administrative, financial and operational activities for Sprint Executive Chairman Marcelo Claure. She also acts as an adviser to the board, CEO and senior management team as the company undergoes one of the most iconic turnarounds in U.S. corporate history.
Christina manages the office of the executive chairman and oversees Corporate Communications and Community Relations, including Sprint’s signature charity, the 1Million Project. She is managing the company’s regulatory efforts during the pendency of government approval of Sprint’s proposed merger with T-Mobile.
Before joining Sprint, Christina was senior vice president of corporate strategy and communications at AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (AMC Theatres). She was responsible for the strategic growth of the company, leading business development, mergers/acquisitions and taking the company public in 2014.
Christina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
She and her husband, Michael, live in Kansas City where they raise their three children.
