Sprint and 1Million Project Foundation Award Kentucky School District with Grant of $160,000 in Wireless Devices and Connectivity for 2019-2020 School Year

Sprint and the 1Million Project Foundation announced today that Shelby County Public Schools will receive a grant valued at more than $160,000 to connect 160 high school students who don't already have access to the internet at home. The district will receive an in-kind donation to give each eligible student a free mobile hotspot and 10GB of high-speed wireless data access per month.

Sprint Responds to California Fires

Sprint announced assistance for customers impacted by the Camp Fire causing devastation in Northern California, and the Hill and Woolsey Fires in Southern California. Effective Nov. 8, 2018, through Nov. 18, 2018, Sprint will waive call, text and data overage fees for Sprint customers in the affected areas. Customers on Unlimited plans will continue to enjoy their unlimited data, call and text benefits.
